About the Workshop
Grounding into the energy of Autumn, held in a sacred ritual way, this workshop invites us to open and explore all aspects of our voice with depth, authenticity, as well as light-hearted joy and playfulness.
In this daylong journey into True Voice, I am looking forward to guiding us through an exploration of all aspects of Voice and expression - founded in the core principles of True Voice. Our time is held in a sacred way that invites deeper presence, trust and vulnerability necessary to support real healing and liberation through connecting with our true voice, expression and wisdom of our bodies. Our time will explore a range of accessing true voice, from breath practices to support a fuller sound, somatic vocal practices & primal sounds to open the authentic voice, as well as learning songs, improvised song-play, and sharing in circle space.
