Workshop for Community

In these times, we are holding so much. We need spaces to express ourselves.
Our voice is awaiting us…
You are invited to an hourlong dive into the gifts of your own voice guided by an experienced, encouraging & supportive practitioner.
These workshops are offered as restorative and accessible community spaces to open our voices while also being in the privacy & comfort of our own homes.
🗝️ Our voice is a powerful tool to…
bring balance
move stuck emotion
regulate our nervous system
bring joy into our bodies
and open streams of creative expression
Reclaiming our voice frees us in all respects!
🗝️ We will commune with the magic & resonance of our voice together. We will focus on core tenets of True Voice to transmute emotional, psychic, energetic and physical blocks held in the body.
In this space we invite our grief, love, wisdom, and all spectrum of emotions to be expressed through the voice and body, to be moved through us as into greater balance. We welcome harmony and dissonance with curiosity. Deepening our felt sense of belonging, we will harvest our gifts together.
🗝️ Prepare to…
play, experiment & let go of control of the mind
trust your body & follow your inner directives
be nurtured, energized and revived by your own precious & powerful instrument, your voice!
Who is this for...?
This event is for everyone who feels called to explore the powerful channel of their voice. All levels of experience welcomed!
(This is not about singing well, pretty, or in the “right” way.)
🗝️ Working with me:
You will have the opportunity to learn more about True Voice and ways to work with me more deeply.
Hosted by Heather Wolf (she/they)
Heather is an artist for the remembrance of folk wisdom.
Heather developed True Voice out of her own path of healing her voice, and she teaches what she has deeply learned for herself.
Heather offers private True Voice sessions, leads sacred wildness retreats and workshops worldwide. She is a bardic singer, herbal Brewess, circle practitioner and ritualist, from the islands of the Salish Sea. Her performance art includes mythopoeic ritual weaving of folktale & song with the mountain dulcimer.
Her work is devoted to reviving folk wisdom traditions and the remembrance of our ancestral heritages. Folk wisdom is carried by the collective, belongs to the whole, is the vital foundation of every healthy culture. These arts relate us directly with our own beings, each other, and temporal place in the living world from which our existence is emergent and interdependent.
